Define Regions in SAP
Step 1: SPRO=>IMG=>Sap Net Weaver =>General Settings=>Set Countries=>Insert Region.
Step 2: Execute “Insert Regions”.
Step 3: On the change, view selects the “New entries” button & Enters 2 digit country key, 2-digit region key and description then save data.
