Define Number Range in SAP
Step 1: SPRO=>IMG Reference=>Sales and distribution=>sales=>Sales Documents=>Sales Document Header=>Define Number Ranges Sales Documents.
OR – Enter T-code VN01 in the command field and press enter.
Step 2: Click on intervals to maintain the number range for the document type.
Step 3: Click on Insert Button(+) to add Number Range.
Step 4: Enter No. as “Z1” “from number range to number range” and save the Documents.
