SAP Collective Search Help

CREATING A COLLECTIVE SEARCH HELP IN THE SAP DATA DICTIONARY

Step 1: Go to se11. Enter the name of the search help in the search help and click on create.

Step 2: A dialog box will appear, select Collective Search Help and press Enter.

Step 3: enter the description in the short description. In the definition tab, under the parameter, write the field name with its data element on which you want to insert collective search help.

Step 4: In the “Included search helps” tab, Under “Search Help” mention previously created elementary search help. Select the first elementary search help and click on the “param. Assignment” button.

Step 5: Now a new pop-up will open showing a reference parameter to the collective search help parameter, click on the “Copy” button & do the same process for the second elementary search help.

Step 6: Now click on the save button of the object & Provide the package details.

Step 7: Now Click on Save and Provide the TR No on the next screen

Step 8: Now click on OK Button & activate the object by pressing activatebutton .
